About Candlewood Memory Care at Radius Northwood HealthCare Center

Located on the same campus as Radius HealthCare Center at Northwood, Candlewood was established to provide quality specialized care to residents with memory impairment. We have created the ideal environment for individuals who need the continuation of familiar activities, interests and family involvement that was the mainstay of their lives before memory loss became a challenge.

Our entire staff has been trained to meet the needs of the residents at Candlewood, whether it be the need for a calming atmosphere, a safe environment, a gentle touch or an activity program that will give each resident a sense of purpose. 

It is our goal to help each resident achieve the most rewarding balance in their daily lives and keep their spirit alive through meaningful and personalized programming.
