The staff at [Radius Danvers] took such great care of our grandmother, from the top to the bottom.  Thank you for catering to her needs when she disliked something.  She really enjoyed spending time with you all.  You made her smile.  Many of you had gone beyond your normal duties to make her comfortable. I believe the most vital support a resident needs is companionship and many of you formed a special relationship with her.  There will never be enough words to express our gratitude.  May love remain in your hearts always!

From the day my husband was admitted to [Radius Danvers] he received nothing less than superior care by each and every staff member he encountered.  The professionalism of your superb staff exceeded all of our hopes and expectations.  We are grateful and often remember how fortunate we were to have found such a caring facility. The staff was equally gracious and compassionate in dealing with our family members as well.  You have been our greatest blessing.

I want to commend all the staff at [Radius of Danvers].  My wife has been at Radius for only a short time.  She is treated with dignity by all staff and is recognized as the individual she as always been.  I am reassured my choice was a good one and my wife will continue to thrive under your care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My dad was a patient on the Alzheimer's Unit at [Cape Regency]. Thank you for educating our family about Alzheimer's and gently guiding us through some differcult times and decisions.  Congratulations on maintaining such high standards in a demanding profession.  Thank you for the excellent support and we wish you all the very best.

After a short stay at the hospital I was admitted to [Cape Regency] for rehabilitation.  I was in pain and a little afraid of what my rehabilitation would be like.  The professionalism and care I received by everyone  was exceptional. My utmost appreciation goes out to everyone at Cape Regency, a wonderful place filled with compassionate people.

Words can't explain how I feel about the wonderful care I received while at [Cape Regency]. I love you all. I will never forget you.

I wanted to express how happy I am that my mom was accepted to [Radius at Northwood]. The first thing I noticed when I entered the facility were the shiny hallway floors and the spotless rooms. The kitchen staff have also provided great choices for daily meals and are always willing to accommodate any special needs.   Your staff has shown their love and caring above and beyond the call of duty.  I can see the dedication of all your staff and the results of their efforts.  They should be complimented and you should be proud.

It gives me great comfort to know my mom was at  [Radius Worcester] in her last days. She received wonderful care.   I just wanted to say thank you.

The care my mom receives [at Radius of Plymouth] has been superb - the nurses talk with me whenever approached.  They have consoled me when necessary and easily display how deeply they care.  [My mom] loves it at Radius because of your superior staff, which is second to none and indeed her family and ours.  I am extremely thankful that our family has found your family at Radius.

It is with great pleasure that I am writing this letter to say that from the top down, the care and service given to my friend [at Cape Heritage] was superior.  It was not my first experience with care of this type.  You are so fortunate to have the calibre of people on your staff.  Thank you for superb service to people who don't always have a voice.

In a society where our elderly have too often become disposable, you make the final years of so many people’s lives so much better.

The staff was effective and courteous and tried to meet all my needs.  The entrance reminded me of a high-class hotel.  The rest of the facility is as warm and cozy as home.

Everyone really cares.  Thank you for everything you all have done for my mother!  Everyone was great, [we] had fun with them all. 

The staff was responsive and took especially good care of [my husband’s] skin, which is so important.  The staff was patient and always ready to attend to his needs. 

We found [Cape Heritage] to be very comfortable and the atmosphere friendly. 

[One of your nurses in particular] went above and beyond what we expected, and we’ve had more than 6 years of experience with different types of care.

As spotlessly clean, and bright, and well managed as [Radius HealthCare Center of Southbridge] is, it is the staff, the people who fill your shifts at all levels, who make it the excellent home that it is.  From housekeeping personnel to cafeteria workers, technicians to laundry workers - all always would stop, smile, and greet us.  It was a tremendous physical and mental relief for us to know that as residents of Radius, [our parents] were receiving good care in a good home.

My father has expressed his gratitude for all the great work your staff has done to get him home as quickly as you did.
