Our Facility

Alliance HealthCare Center at Braintree is a 101-bed skilled nursing facility (including a 19-bed Transitional Care Unit), staffed with healthcare professionals who attend to the variety of needs of our residents.  Family members can be assured that Alliance HealthCare Center at Braintree is the appropriate choice for their loved one.

Alliance HealthCare Center at Braintree provides a continuum of healthcare services not only to the community of Braintree, but also to many other surrounding towns such as Quincy, Weymouth, and Milton. 
Our facility is within close proximity to physicians’ offices and is minutes away from all major area hospitals, including South Shore Hospital, Quincy Medical Center, Milton Hospital, and Braintree Rehabilitation Center.

At Alliance HealthCare Center at Braintree, residents can choose from a selection of accommodations. All rooms are completely furnished, but residents are encouraged to add their own personal touches.

Our Services

Certified by Medicare and Medicaid, we are also proud to be accredited by The Joint Commission (JCAHO). We accept private funds and private insurances, including all BC/BS products, and most other insurances.

Alliance HealthCare Center at Braintree accepts admissions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We care for short-stay post-acute patients as well as long-term care residents. Some of our specialized treatments include intravenous therapy, tube feedings and pain management.

Our subacute short-stay program features 7 day-a-week rehabilitation services, complex nursing care when needed and includes full case management, and complete discharge planning. Our physical therapy gym provides ample room for rehabilitation activities.

Our Rehabilitative Capabilities

Our Rehabilitation Programs at Alliance HealthCare Center at Braintree use a comprehensive team approach with each specialist contributing to an aggressive treatment plan. The goal for our patients is to help restore maximum function and independence, and to help in maintaining that independence by focusing on skills training needed for their return home.

Our short-term rehabilitation program’s goal is to return residents to their highest level of functioning with the ultimate aim of discharge to home. For that reason family involvement in the care plan process is encouraged. Whether the stay at Alliance HealthCare Center at Braintree is considered short- or long-term, the patient’s emotional well-being enhances successful outcomes.

In addition to subacute rehabilitation, Alliance HealthCare Center at Braintree also provides long-term, respite and hospice care.
