Words are simply not adequate to express my gratitude to all of you for the care you gave my Mom and Dad over these past years [at Cape Heritage].  On those days when the incredible demands of your job give you second thoughts about the work you have chosen to do, please know and believe that you are doing God’s work here on earth every day.  

The care my mom receives [at Radius of Plymouth] has been superb - the nurses talk with me whenever approached.  They have consoled me when necessary and easily display how deeply they care.  [My mom] loves it at Radius because of your superior staff, which is second to none and indeed her family and ours.  I am extremely thankful that our family has found your family at Radius.

It is with great pleasure that I am writing this letter to say that from the top down, the care and service given to my friend [at Cape Heritage] was superior.  It was not my first experience with care of this type.  You are so fortunate to have the calibre of people on your staff.  Thank you for superb service to people who don't always have a voice.

In a society where our elderly have too often become disposable, you make the final years of so many people’s lives so much better.

The staff was effective and courteous and tried to meet all my needs.  The entrance reminded me of a high-class hotel.  The rest of the facility is as warm and cozy as home.

Everyone really cares.  Thank you for everything you all have done for my mother!  Everyone was great, [we] had fun with them all. 

The staff was responsive and took especially good care of [my husband’s] skin, which is so important.  The staff was patient and always ready to attend to his needs. 

We found [Cape Heritage] to be very comfortable and the atmosphere friendly. 

[One of your nurses in particular] went above and beyond what we expected, and we’ve had more than 6 years of experience with different types of care.

As spotlessly clean, and bright, and well managed as [Radius HealthCare Center of Southbridge] is, it is the staff, the people who fill your shifts at all levels, who make it the excellent home that it is.  From housekeeping personnel to cafeteria workers, technicians to laundry workers - all always would stop, smile, and greet us.  It was a tremendous physical and mental relief for us to know that as residents of Radius, [our parents] were receiving good care in a good home.

My father has expressed his gratitude for all the great work your staff has done to get him home as quickly as you did.
